What Is IQBot™?

IQBot™ is an AI-powered chatbot built and configured by AIVI Consulting. It's embedded on client websites to help visitors get answers, book appointments, and connect with the right services — without waiting on hold or filling out a static form.

When you engage with an IQBot™ chatbot, you're interacting with a conversational AI assistant designed specifically for the business you're visiting. AIVI Consulting is the technology provider; the business you're visiting is the data controller for information you share through their chatbot.

What Information IQBot™ May Collect

Depending on how the chatbot is configured for the specific business you're visiting, IQBot™ may collect the following information during your conversation:

  • Your name — so we can address you personally and follow up properly

How Long We Keep Your Data

Conversation data and contact information collected through IQBot™ is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — typically the duration of your engagement with the business, plus a reasonable period for follow-up and record-keeping.

If you request that your data be deleted, we will process that request promptly (see Your Rights below). Anonymized, aggregate conversation data may be retained indefinitely for quality improvement purposes — this data contains no personal identifiers.
